Reconnect to self, family, community and culture
With the support of experienced staff we offer a compassionate and culturally focused professional live-in program of change, centred on self responsibility to achieve your goals in healing.
Gulgihwen means “change” in the traditional local language
Since opening in 1979, more than 3,000 men have come through our doors looking to change their lives for the better.
Data we have collected over 5 years shows enormous improvements in quality of life and decrease in anxiety and depression. More than 90% leave here feeling confident about managing their life.
